This Crème Brûlée Cheesecake combines the rich, velvety texture of a classic cheesecake with the caramelized sugar topping of crème brûlée. It’s the perfect dessert for any special occasion!


📝 Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup (50g) sugar
  • ½ cup (115g) melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz.) packages (680g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour

For the Caramelized Sugar Topping:

  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
