Stuffed Chicken Thighs: The Family Recipe for a Dinner Full of Flavors!

Here is a delicious recipe for making stuffed chicken thighs that will wow your dinner guests or make your family mealtime extra special.

Ingredients:

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

200g cream cheese (Philadelphia type)

100g thinly sliced raw ham

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken Thighs:

Open the chicken thighs like a book to create a flat surface.

Lightly pound them with a meat mallet or rolling pin to make them even in thickness.

Season both sides with salt and pepper.

2. Prepare the Filling:

Heat a bit of olive oil in a skillet.

Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until soft and translucent.

Add the chopped prosciutto and cook for a few more minutes.

Let the mixture cool slightly, then stir in the cream cheese until well combined.

3. Stuff the Chicken Thighs:

Place a portion of the filling in the center of each chicken thigh.

Wrap the chicken around the filling and secure with toothpicks or skewers.
