pineapple and ginger drink

Ingredients

  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 2–3 inches fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or sugar, optional
  • Ice cubes, optional

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple pieces and ginger to a blender.
  2. Pour in the cold water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the juice using a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
  4. Add fresh lemon juice and sweetener if you like.
  5. Stir well, chill, and serve cold over ice.

Storage

Keep in clean glass bottles in the refrigerator for 2–3 days. Shake before serving.
