Ingredients
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 lemon slices
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the mint leaves thoroughly.
- Add the mint leaves to a cup.
- Pour hot water over the mint and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Add fresh lemon slices.
- Stir in honey if desired.
- Enjoy warm in the morning.
