Refreshing Mint & Lemon Morning Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly.
  2. Add the mint leaves to a cup.
  3. Pour hot water over the mint and let steep for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add fresh lemon slices.
  5. Stir in honey if desired.
  6. Enjoy warm in the morning.
