Today, I’m sharing an easy potato recipe that is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Whether you’re making it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this dish is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!


🥔 Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 4 large potatoes (any variety works)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (for a hint of spice)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but so delicious!)
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

1️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes (or leave the skin on for extra crispiness).
