Ingredients
2 cups spinach
1 cup kale (stems removed)
1 green apple
1 cucumber
1–2 stalks celery
1 inch fresh ginger
½ inch fresh turmeric root (or ½ tsp turmeric powder)
Juice of 1 lemon
1–2 cups cold water or coconut water
Optional: pinch black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
Instructions
Wash all ingredients well.
Chop apple, cucumber, celery, ginger, and turmeric.
Add everything to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve if you want a smoother juice.
Store in glass bottles in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.
